Each registered user has access to a message Inbox in the Portal. The Inbox contains notifications sent through the portal. Examples of notifications include invoice payment status notifications, Announcements, and Dialog messages from your buyer.
- From the Left Navigation Pane under ‘My Doc’, click the Inbox hyperlink.
- Your inbox will then show. Bold messages have not yet been read.
- Read messages can be archived by clicking the box next to each message and, later, clicking the File Selected Messages button. The message(s) will be filed.
Note: To view the filed messages, uncheck the box next to Hide ‘Filed’.
